Room for rent: no longer available Zonnehof in Amersfoort

Het appartement ligt net naast het winkelcentrum van Amersfoort en het station is op loopafstand.

Ik zoek een medebewoner die 2 kamers in dit appartement wil huren. Dit betreft 2 slaapkamers, maar deze kunnen ook op een andere manier gebruikt worden. De keuken, badkamer en het toilet worden gedeeld. Huren kan in eerste instantie tot september 2023, maar een verlenging is hierop mogelijk. De prijs is inclusief een voorschot voor de kosten van het g/w/e en internet.

Zelf ben ik op zoek naar een rustige medebewoner, die niet rookt en meehelpt met het schoon houden van het huis. Voorafgaand aan het het huren zal er een bezichtiging en kennismakingsgesprek plaats vinden. Op basis hiervan kunnen we dan beslissen of het huren mogelijk is.

The appartment is located very close to the city centre and the train station is at walking distance.

I'm looking for someone to rent two of the rooms in this appartment. These are officially two bedrooms, but can be used in other ways as well. Other than these two rooms there is also a shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The rooms are connected through a small hallway.

Initially the rooms will be rented out until September 2023, however there is the possibility of an extention after this. The rental price is including a deposit for the gas, electrical and water costs.

I'm looking for someone calm, who doesn't smoke and partakes in keeping the house clean. Before we make a decision about renting out the rooms there will be an initial interview, a small tour of the available space and the possibility to ask some further questions.
